 How much does this laundry service cost?

We will wash, dry and neatly fold your laundry. We charge per pound of clothing with a minimum per due at check out to arrange pick up. We will NOT know exact price until your laundry is weighed at our facility. If weight is over what your non refundable deposit was, we will invoice you the balance to be paid. 

*Heavy Soil laundry will be charged additional 75¢ per pound.

*Comforters, large blankets, sleeping bags and dog beds will be charge per item and customs so please reach out to us  

What areas do you offer laundry delivery service?

Currently serving Schuylkill County, PA. Our services extend to surrounding areas on request  

Will my clothes be washed with other client’s clothes?

Absolutely not. We will NEVER wash or dry your clothes with anyone else’s.

How do I schedule free laundry pick-up?

Once you place an order with us, we will reach out directly to schedule pick-up if you haven’t specified time/date in the notes.

What can I expect for my first laundry service?

It’s super simple!

1. Place your order on the website. 

2. Have your dirty laundry in a bag of your choice (any trash bag or any reusable laundry bags are ideal).

3. Expect us to arrive in a 2-4 hour window to pick up your clothes.

4. Your laundry will be delivered within 24 - 48hours fresh, clean and neatly folded.
   

 That’s it—you’re laundry free! Enjoy the rest of your day doing what you love.

Should I be home or should I leave my order to be picked up?

You do not have to be home for any pick up or delivery. Your pick-up/drop-off location should be a safe, secure, and accessible location where you feel comfortable leaving your personal items. Please note this location.  All delivered laundry left outside will be photographed by our drivers and you will be notified by text message.

*We can also pick-up or deliver to your work place to make life easier if requested*

I forgot to leave my laundry out for pick up, now what?

We get it, life happens. We will send out emails and text messages to make sure you don’t forget. You can always reschedule reach us by email to reschedule or cancel. *

How long does it take for laundry?

Your laundry will be done in 24hrs-48hrs depending on the package you selected.

Do I need to separate my laundry?

No. This is suppose make it easy for you. We will sort your whites, lights and darks.

Can I use my own soap detergent?

Yes you can!  Each listing has the price per pound if you supply your own supplies vs using ours.

What can be washed?

We can wash anything that is machine washable safe (please read instruction tags). Clothes, undergarments, aprons, towels, blankets—you name it we’ll take care of it. 

What can’t be washed?

We WILL NOT wash shoes, leather (real or faux), suede, sequins, feather, or fur items. These will be returned unwashed with your clean clothes.We do not wash Heavy Soiled laundry!
